Time and time again, I have heard from my clients that they enjoy working with me because I’m “not your typical Realtor”. My style is pretty laid back. Most of the people I work with (like myself) come from a highly creative background: artist, writers, musicians and the like. I enjoy what I do, I take it very seriously and I love the feeling of helping people find the home of their dreams. I see my role as a Realtor as that of a consultant. NOT as a salesperson. My job is to understand your needs, work with you in determining the value of your current home, help with your new home search, guide you through the contract process, negotiate on your behalf and make sure that everything goes smoothly right through the closing and beyond.
